US Army ribbon bar containing three ribbons. The first is the Purple Heart Ribbon (purple and white) The second is the Army Good Conduct Ribbon (red and white) The third is the European/Africa/Middle Eastern Campaign Ribbon (green, brown, red, white, blue, and black). The last ribbon has a bronze campaign star, which signifies that Harvey Priem participated in more than one designated military campaigns. It also has a bronze arrowhead, which denotes that he took part in airborne or amphobious assault landings. |
