Description |
Brass and cloisonné car badge for an Auburn Beauty Six produced in Auburn, IN from 1919-1923. Five models were available in various prices. The badge is a modified chevron, 2 ¾ X 2". The rim is brass, and the background is white enamel. In the center is a blue enamel scroll trimmed in brass. The name "Auburn Beauty-Six" is white enamel trimmed with brass. Written in small brass letters at the bottom: "Automobile Co. Auburn IND." White enamel missing from one letter, and attempt at repair was made. Good condition. Location: Museum storage or display |
