Description |
Metal and enamel radiator badge for a Yellow Cab Manufacturing Co. vehicle. The YCM Co. was established in 1920 by John D. Hertz who owned the Yellow Cab Co. The company manufactured passenger cars and light trucks. The company was sold in 1925 to General Motors. The badge has a diameter of 2 ¼". The center section is mustard enamel with black enamel letters, "YC". Around the center are raised letters: Yellow Cab Manufacturing Co., Chicago, USA. Good condition.
