Description |
Cloisonne and brass Dodge Straight 8 radiator emblem from the early 1930's. The Straight 8 engine was used in luxury Dodges as well as Chryslers and DeSotos due to the engine's smooth-running characteristics. The badge is mounted on wood. Light blue enamel letters, DB are at the top with a light blue enamel 8 at the bottom. In the center is a circular Dodge brothers emblem done in two colors of blue enamel and brass trim. A few small chips in the enamel. Good condition. Location: Museum storage or display |
