Description |
Oval metal and cloisonné radiator badge for a Grant 6 automobile manufactured from 1913-1922 in Findlay, OH. Grants were known for their 2-seater roadsters. During the 1930's, many Grants were destroyed because they were considered unsafe and worthless. The badge is 2 3/8" from side to side with a white metal rim. The interior is white enamel with block lettering "Grant Six" in blue enamel letters. The enamel is missing in spots and has been painted to cover the defect. Fair condition. Location: Museum storage or display. |
