State of Wisconsin 1966 Blue Book is a 6" x 9" blue hard cover book with the state seal on the front cover with a white background. It was compiled by Wisconsin Legislative Reference Bureau and is published biennally in even years and distributed by Document Sales, State Office Building, Madison, Wis.
